Our service model
SiteVero Studio offers three ways to work together: Build & Handover, Build & Support, and Fully Managed. The specific arrangement, deliverables, and pricing for your project are agreed with you directly before work begins.
Pricing
We don’t use one fixed hourly rate. Pricing depends on your project’s deadline, size, and difficulty, and is agreed with you before work starts. Small fixes may start from as little as $1; larger work is priced individually.
Deadline guarantee
If we miss an agreed-upon deadline for your project, you’re entitled to an 80% discount on that project’s cost.
No contracts, cancel anytime
For our Fully Managed plan, there is no minimum commitment term. You may cancel at any time.
What happens if you cancel
If you cancel your plan, your website will be taken offline within 3 days. If a monthly payment is delayed, your website will be taken offline within 2 weeks of the missed payment, unless other arrangements have been made directly with us.
Domain ownership
You may choose to own and manage your own domain, or have us register and manage one on your behalf. This choice is yours and can be discussed at the start of your project.
Backups
For clients on an ongoing maintenance plan, a full backup of your website is provided after your first 3 months with us, and periodically thereafter.
Hosting
Fully Managed clients are hosted on our own U.S.-based server infrastructure as part of their plan.
Design references
If you provide a reference design (such as a premium theme) for us to recreate, we build an original interpretation inspired by that reference — we do not copy or redistribute any third party’s copyrighted code, assets, or licensed theme files.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
